I’m Chelsie Brown-Betton, a dedicated mother, wife, educator, and childcare professional. I hold associate and bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my master’s degree. My experience includes classroom teaching, special education support, childcare leadership, and working as a Childcare Licensing Specialist with the Florida Department of Children and Families. I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive environment where children feel valued, teachers feel supported, and every child has the opportunity to thrive.
